400k Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing use of the 400k platform by all registered users. Please read each section carefully before registering an account or using any of the services provided.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all users of the 400k platform in Malaysia.
Acceptance of Terms and Platform Eligibility
By registering an account or accessing any part of the 400k platform, you fully and unconditionally agree to all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 400k platform.
To use this platform, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- Not be prohibited by local laws or regulations from participating in online betting activities.
- Register only one personal account in your own name. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- Provide accurate, current, and complete personal information during registration and keep it updated whenever changes occur.
400k reserves the right to decline registration applications or close accounts without prior notice where there is reasonable cause to do so, including suspected fraud or breach of these terms.
Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. 400k will never ask for your password through any channel, including live chat or email. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the 400k support team immediately.
User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, and any actions taken through the platform interface. You agree not to:
- Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account.
- Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised methods to access or interact with the platform.
- Taking any action that may disrupt or damage the operation of the 400k platform.
- Providing false or misleading information to 400k at any stage.
400k reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any user found to be in breach of the above rules, and to withhold any balance associated with fraudulent activity while an investigation is ongoing.
Payments, Deposits, Withdrawals and Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit
All financial transactions on the 400k platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Supported payment methods include DuitNow and GrabPay. 400k does not accept foreign currency — all deposits and withdrawals must be made in RM.
Deposit
Successfully processed deposits will be credited to your account balance immediately. Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details submitted are accurate. 400k is not liable for any delays caused by third-party payment service providers.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed once all applicable conditions have been met, including any wagering requirements tied to bonuses. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the 400k account holder. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits may vary depending on the chosen payment method.
400k reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal, in line with established verification procedures. Withdrawal delays resulting from failure to complete identity verification are outside 400k's responsibility.
Limitation of Liability, Account Policy and Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
400k is not liable for any financial losses incurred by users in connection with the use of the platform, including but not limited to betting losses, service interruptions, or technical errors beyond the platform's control. The 400k platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and we make no guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions or errors at all times.
In no event shall 400k's total maximum liability to a user exceed the amount of the active deposit held in the user's account at the time of the disputed incident.
Account Suspension and Closure
400k reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or any activity that violates applicable law. Users whose accounts have been suspended may not open a new account without first obtaining written consent from 400k.
Users may close their account at any time by contacting customer support. Any eligible balance will be returned upon completion of the verification process, subject to applicable terms.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, text, images, software, and other materials on the 400k platform are the exclusive property of 400k or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any part of the platform's content for commercial purposes without express written permission from 400k.
Use of 400k's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any form without authorisation is prohibited and may result in legal action.
Third-Party Links
The 400k platform may contain references to or information about third-party services, such as payment providers. 400k is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Users are advised to review the terms and conditions of any third-party service providers separately before use.
Any transactions between users and third parties are solely the user's responsibility, and 400k bears no liability arising from such interactions.
Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
Right to Amend Terms
400k reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of the 400k platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Users are advised to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to stay informed of the latest terms applicable to their use.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or relating to the use of the 400k platform shall be resolved through the appropriate channels in accordance with applicable Malaysian law.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be interpreted as closely as possible to the original intent, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
